After being diagnosed with high blood pressure, high cholesterol and pre-diabetic. I wanted advise about my diet which I think is very good. I was offered a course for pre-diabetics which main aim was to lose weight. My BMI is normal so I do not need to lose weight. They also offered life coaching which again is to lose weight. I suffer with anxiety regarding medical/dental appointments and this is not helping. I have not been seen by a Dr and don’t know what I am doing.

I came here a while ago to have an appointment regarding body pain that had been going on for many years, specifically mentioning my legs and hips, I was seen by some older man, he looked me over once and said there was nothing wrong with me, no tests or anything.
I have recently been diagnosed with a disability, one that is the cause of my pain.
His only advice in the appointment, to a disabled person, who was working a full time job in retail and standing all day was, to “stand up more”.
Great advice thank you, wow! you really helped me.
Couldn’t say I would recommend this place if it’s for anything but a cold.

On Tuesday the 16th of June i attended my appointment that was with dr Hughes I believe. I was made to feel so comfortable and listened to for the first time in a while when going to the doctors! Not only did she take in what I was saying/feeling she gave me a range of different options of how to go about solving my reasons for attending the doctors. She constantly made she I was understanding what she was explaining and made me feel extremely comfortable with being able to communicate without me feeling stupid.
